- Wait for 10–15 working days after submission — IGNOU admission confirmation may take time, especially during peak sessions (January/July).
- Login to https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in/ using your registered credentials and:
- Recheck the status.
- Verify whether all documents are uploaded clearly.
- Check if payment is marked as “Success”.
- If payment is successful but status is still pending after 15 days:
- Write an email to the concerned Regional Centre with your application number, payment receipt, and screenshot of the status.
- You can also raise a query through the IGNOU Grievance Redressal Portal:
