Answer:

Evaluator feedback for projects, internships, or practicals is provided by IGNOU after evaluation. If you haven’t received it, it usually means the evaluation process is still ongoing or feedback has not been uploaded.

📌 Why Feedback May Not Be Received

  1. Evaluation Delay – Evaluators often take 4–8 weeks to assess project or internship reports.
  2. Pending Data Entry by RC – Regional Centres may not have uploaded the feedback online.
  3. Online Portal Not Updated – Feedback may be available but not visible due to technical delay.
  4. Incomplete Submission – If some documents were missing or incorrectly submitted, feedback is withheld.

📌 Steps to Check / Obtain Feedback

  1. Check Online Portals
    • Some programmes provide feedback via student portal or RC website.
  2. Contact Your Study Centre / Project Guide
    • Ask if feedback has been evaluated and when it will be uploaded.
  3. Email Regional Centre / IGNOU HQ
    • For pending feedback, email: projectsection@ignou.ac.in or your RC email.
    • Include: Name, Enrollment Number, Programme, Course Code, Submission Date.
  4. Wait for Official Update
