5. Project/Dissertation/Practical Report Submission
For certain programs like MBA, MA Education, MLIS, BCA, MCA, PG Diploma, etc., students must submit project or dissertation reports.

Steps:
- Prepare your project/dissertation as per IGNOU guidelines.
- Scan your report in PDF format.
- Submit it through the official project submission portal.
- You’ll receive an acknowledgment email.
📝 You may also have to submit:
- Declaration form
- Approval letter from guide
- Synopsis approval copy
✅ Offline Submission (Where required)
If your Regional Centre still accepts offline submissions, send:
- Printed report (spiral bound)
- Declaration
- Guide certificate
- One CD (sometimes asked)
Send by registered post or courier to your Regional Centre (not headquarters).
