5. Project/Dissertation/Practical Report Submission

For certain programs like MBA, MA Education, MLIS, BCA, MCA, PG Diploma, etc., students must submit project or dissertation reports.

Steps:

1. Prepare your project/dissertation as per IGNOU guidelines.
2. Scan your report in PDF format.
3. Submit it through the official project submission portal.
4. You’ll receive an acknowledgment email.

📝 You may also have to submit:

• Declaration form
• Approval letter from guide
• Synopsis approval copy

✅ Offline Submission (Where required)

If your Regional Centre still accepts offline submissions, send:

• Printed report (spiral bound)
• Declaration
• Guide certificate
• One CD (sometimes asked)

Send by registered post or courier to your Regional Centre (not headquarters).
