๐ Why Re-Registration May Not Reflect
- Payment Not Confirmed โ Transaction may have failed or not yet processed.
- Processing Delay โ RC/IGNOU HQ may take 1โ2 weeks to update records in the portal.
- Incorrect Data Entry โ Wrong enrollment number, programme code, or session entry.
- Portal Sync Delay โ Sometimes the portal doesnโt immediately sync with backend data.

- Verify Payment Status
- Check your transaction receipt / bank statement to ensure payment is successful.
- Check Re-Registration Receipt
- Download / keep the acknowledgment slip from the re-registration portal.
- Wait for System Update

- Contact Regional Centre (RC)
