At IGNOU Course App and ignoucourse.com, we aim to provide high-quality educational content and services to help students succeed. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Nature of Products & Services

• All our products and services (video lectures, e-notes, sample answers, and other learning resources) are digital in nature and delivered instantly upon successful payment.
• As per industry standards for digital goods, once the content is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
2. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to a verified technical fault from our side, and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
3. Wrong Product Purchase: If you have purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not accessed any part of it, you may request a refund within 24 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• You have accessed, downloaded, or streamed the purchased content.
• Your dissatisfaction is based on personal preference, perceived usefulness, or lack of interest after purchase.
• Delay in course completion or changes in your personal schedule.
• Technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, or software.
