If you are not getting a response from IGNOU via emails or phone, it usually happens due to high volume of queries, incorrect contact details, or RC-specific delays.

📌 Steps to Resolve Communication Issues

  1. Check Correct Contact Channels
    • Regional Centre (RC) Contact: Each RC has a specific email and phone number.
    • IGNOU Helpdesk Email: support@ignou.ac.in
    • Admission / Programme Related Email: admission@ignou.ac.in
    • Student Portal: https://webservices.ignou.ac.in/StudentPortal/
  2. Use Official Contact Form / Portal
    • Many queries are best submitted via Student Portal → Contact / Grievance Section for faster response.
  3. Provide Complete Details
    • Always include:
      • Name & Enrollment Number
      • Programme & Session
      • RC Name
      • Description of your issue
      • Supporting documents/screenshots if needed

    • Wait 3–5 working days for response.
    • If no reply, escalate to higher authorities:
