📌 Steps to Recover Username / Password

1. Visit IGNOU Student Portal

2. Click on “Forgot Password / Forgot Username”
   • You will be redirected to a recovery page.
3. Enter Required Details
   • Enrollment Number
   • Date of Birth
   • Registered Email ID / Mobile Number
4. Follow OTP / Verification
   • You will receive an OTP or verification link on your registered email or mobile.
5. Reset Password / Retrieve Username
   • Create a new password if resetting.
   • Note down your username for future login.

📌 Important Notes
