At IGNOU Course App and ignoucourse.com, all our products and services are digital in nature and delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods.
1. Delivery Method
- Upon successful payment, access to your purchased course/content will be provided through:
- IGNOU Course App – Login with your registered account to view your purchased content.
- Email/SMS – In some cases, access details or download links may also be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Instant Access – In most cases, access to the purchased content is granted instantly after payment confirmation.
- In rare cases, due to technical issues or payment gateway delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
3. Shipping Charges
- As there is no physical product, no shipping charges apply.
4. International Access
- Our digital courses can be accessed worldwide. However, users are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection, device compatibility, and local regulations allow access to our content.
5. Delivery Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS or in-app notification once your purchase is successfully activated.
